Kansas finally has their anti bullying legislation passed April 27th 2007 and is expected to be signed by the Governor.  I was unable to download text to put on this site, so PDF files will have to do.  The law is missing some stipulations, such as teacher protections from lawsuits, but in general, the law is good.  I'll grade it a B.
